Office entourage calendar not updating busy

First, you will need to upgrade your Entourage to 12.2.5 and then to 13.
If you have Entourage Version 13 or higher, no further action needs to be taken. If your version of Entourage is less than 13 (if you have Entourage 2004 or Entourage 12.0.0 to 12.2.6) then you have two choices: In a few steps, the combo package will install the latest version of Office 2008 and Entourage 13.
Note that only faculty, staff and students from the regular academic year are eligible for this package.
If you prefer the faster download option, and have Entourage 12, follow the manual update instructions in the section titled Manually Updating Entourage.
If you do not or cannot use the Office 2008 Combo Package, you will need to manually update Entourage.
I'm able to create events and they show up in my Exchange Calendar, and I can validate this by logging in to My Exchange Web Account.
