Is it possible for Acrobat Pro to batch update multiple PDF files through it's own functionality, a Javascript or other means? The Redaction tool can search multiple PDFs for a text string and replace it with text that occupies the same size space.I have used information from Thom's article to replace words in a single PDF by pressing a single tool bar button that runs a custom script.

The task wizard seems powerful, but will only allow you to search and delete text, not replace that text string with a different text string.

To determine if PDFMaker is conflicting with another macro, delete or deactivate other macros one at a time (refer applicable link below).
